Meditation Beyond is operated by Joel Caplan. We want you to be happy with your subscription, so we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.

Your refund window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or email us at jcmactooth@gmail.com and we will help you. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel at any time from the "Manage billing" link in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; your Pro features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for. A cancellation on its own is not a refund request — use the process above if you also want your money back.

After the 30 days

Beyond the 30-day window we consider refund requests case by case, for example where a renewal was unintended or the Service was unavailable. Contact us and we will look at it fairly.
