Delete your Meditation Beyond account
Meditation Beyond is provided by Joel Caplan. You can delete your account and the data attached to it at any time, in about thirty seconds, with no questions asked.
Delete it yourself, right now
This is the fastest way, and it works in the phone app and in a web browser.
- Open Meditation Beyond and sign in with the e-mail address you used to create the account.
- Open the Billing page — the button labelled Billing sits in the top row of the app, near your e-mail address and the Sign out button. On a phone it may be on its own line under the module boxes.
- Scroll to the box headed Account at the bottom of that page and press Delete my account.
- Confirm by pressing Yes — delete permanently. Your account and the data listed below are removed immediately.
If you have an active paid plan, the app will ask you to cancel it first under Manage or cancel on the same page. Cancel it, then press Delete my account again.

We carry these requests out within 30 days of confirming the account is yours.
What is deleted
- Your e-mail address and password — the sign-in record itself.
- Every mix you saved, including its name, settings and edits.
- Every saved reverb or room preset.
- Your plan record and your listening-history counts.
- Your sign-in sessions, so any device already open is logged out.
Deletion is permanent. There is no restore, and we cannot recover anything afterwards because it is gone.
What is kept, and for how long
- Payment records. Invoices for anything you bought stay with our payment provider, Paddle, and with our own accounting, for as long as tax and accounting law requires in the countries we sell from. That is the only record that survives the deletion, and it is kept to satisfy those legal rules.
- Nothing else. We do not run analytics, crash reporting or advertising tracking, so there is no usage profile, device profile or ad identity to keep.
If you just want a break
You can sign out and leave the account sitting idle instead — nothing is deleted, and your saved mixes are waiting if you come back. To change what you pay, or to stop payments without losing your saves, cancel the plan under Manage or cancel on the Billing page.
